Hi friends! I promise I haven’t fallen off the face of the earth, I just had a really busy weekend at work and no time for blogging. I wanted to post recipes from my Thursday
afternoon night in the kitchen but cleaning took me longer than planned so it was way late by the time I finished up. That being said, two super yummy things were made in my kitchen that night and I can’t wait to share them with you! Bonus: they were both vegan recipes (and quite healthy too)! Well, technically one was just egg-free but with two incredibly minor substitutions they will be vegan friendly.
Today I’m whipping up two batches of beer cupcakes. One will involve a caramelly sweet Scotch Ale, while the other will involve a citrusy wheat beer. I’ll be back atcha’ with recipes and pics soon!
