& I couldn’t stay away.

In my last post I mentioned that I hadn’t planned to renew my WordPress plan & even considered ditching the blog for good.

But then I got the itch to write. So I went back & started deleting old, super embarrassing posts, photos, etc. so that I could free up some of my storage space & make room for new posts.

But that was incredibly time consuming & counter-productive since I logged in to write, not delete things I had already written. And even though much of the content here can barely be considered writing, looking at back at those old posts made me want to keep this going.

The fact of the matter is that I don’t always have earth-shattering, mind-blowing content to share, but I like sharing it, nonetheless. Some of those old posts contained events, moments in time, stories, that I had completely forgotten. It was a fun little trip down memory lane and now that I have kids it’s even more important to me that I have a place to come back and relive those memories.

So I guess I’m just here to say that I’m not going anywhere. You can expect mindless tangents, excessive photos of my kids, and maybe some actual helpful hints, recipes, or general (unsolicited) life advice for the foreseeable future. I’ll probably continue this less-than-regular schedule because #life, but I’m keeping this little corner of the web for now.
